Order closed but item not interfaced

Hi, The issue is in OM. The order shows closed, but actually the item is not interfaced. What would be the possible error. Thank you, JPR

I request you to run WORK FLOW BACKGROUND PROCESS with PARAMETERS:- PROCESS DEFFERED-YES PROCESS TIMEOUT-NO If it is still not working, Please check while you ship confirm a pop up comes and there you can see a check box "DEFER INTERFACE"... this option might have enabled..... Please uncheck that option and proceed with ship confirm... 100% the lines will be interfaced to AR modules..

Please verify if the Order

Please verify if the Order Management Interface(OMI) flag and Inventory interface(INI) flag in the WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS table are having the values as N. If they are N run the Interface trip stop Concurrent program for the trip stop. If the OMI is Y and INI is N, please run the Inventory interface trip stop concurrent program for the trip stop.
